Spike has caught up to Teddy Bomber. He is about to take the guy in for a bounty when Andy the Cowboy shows up. Andy thinks that Spike is Teddy Bomber. Teddy gets away and blows up part of the building that he was intending to destroy while Andy is chasing Spike, on horseback.
Spike has a couple more encounters with Andy while he is trying to catch Teddy. Andy doesn't have much of a memory and keeps accusing Spike of being Teddy. The real bomber does what he does in part for the attention it gets him. He gets angry that Andy doesn't recognize who he is and keeps thinking that Spike is the one planting the bombs in teddy bears.
Jet and Faye help Spike try and catch Teddy but this episode is much more focused on Spike than it is on either of the others. Faye gets to spend some time alone with Andy. She finds him to be incredibly boring.
Thoughts
This is a very light episode. I feel as though I might be missing something, that there may be some cultural references that are particular to Japan of which am unaware.
