I fist saw The Invaders when I lived in France in mid to late 1970s. I didn't know what it was but I never forgot it. It wasn't until around 2016 that I figured out that the show I remembered was The Invaders. What I recall most distinctly from back then is that it was a show about a man on the run who kept encountering aliens who were disguised as humans. When the aliens were killed they would disintegrate.
