Thoughts
Gus wanted to be the one to kill Hector. He unhappy to have lost that opportunity. He wants to see Hector returned to health so that he can truly make Hector suffer. This is some twisted and egotistical reasoning.
Someone upgrades the medical care that Hector is getting. Gus? Probably but it isn't clear just yet.
Jimmy maintains a fairly low profile after the first ten minutes of this episode. Kim and Nacho get the best moments. She is trying to protect Jimmy. Will it come back to bite her if he finds out? It looks like Nacho has just dug himself a really big hole. Gus is not his friend.
This was a really good episode. What an ending. I am totally on board for more.
