Rick has to negotiate with Mr. Nimbus, his arch-enemy, after Morty accidentally violates the treaty between Rick and Mr. Nimbus. Morty calls Jessica and she suggests they hang out and watch a movie together. Morty's attempt to watch a movie with Jessica gets derailed by Rick's demands for help while he is negotiating with Mr. Nimbus. Morty is sent to another dimension (where time passes more quickly) to get wine and he ends up becoming the great evil of that dimension. Mr. Nimbus and Rick patch things up but then one of Rick's contingency plans make things worse.
Rick's dealings with Mr. Nimbus kind of bookend the episode. Morty's interdimensional travels are the meat.
Nimbus strikes me as an alternate version of Namor from Marvel Comics.
I really like this episode. It ends on a cliffhanger which isn't normal for Rick and Morty but it happens from time to time. This episode feels like Rick and Morty at its best, not too gross but definitely dark and funny.
