All Souled Out
Luke gets sued by Cockroach who is willing to settle out of court for $100,000. Luke doesn't have the money but he lets Foggy Nelson, his lawyer, talk him into doing a personal appearance for a fee. Piranha hires Luke to hang out at a party. He just wants Luke to hang out, smile, and pose for pictures.
Misty gets a new arm thank to Danny and Colleen, who do not show up in this episode. It gives her new confidence. Luke tells her about getting sued. She feels responsible and does what she can to get Cockroach locked up.
Mariah is focused on the community health center she is opening in Harlem. It is a big part of her strategy to go legit. She wants Tilda to be the chief medical officer at the center but her daughter is very reluctant. Tilda has lots of problems with the source of her mothers money even if she is now going legit.
Misty tries confronting Cockroach but that doesn't get her anywhere. She knows that Cockroach is beating up his woman but Misty can't get her to go to the police about it. Finally she decides to take a page out of Scarfe's book and plant evidence in Cockroach's apartment. She's about to go through with it when she changes her mind. It is then that she notices a trail of blood that leads straight to a headless corpse in Cockroach's living room.
The grand opening of the medical center doesn't go exactly as planned. Tilda shows up at the last second but when they open the doors there are three heads on stakes inside.
Shades goes to Piranha's party, not realizing that Luke is going to be there. Their little "reunion" gets interrupted by armed gunmen who presumably work for Bushmaster. Shades helps Luke fight the gunmen but the gunmen still manage to kidnap Piranha. Luke is able to catch up and rescue him.
Not my favorite episode although honestly I'm not sure if I have a favorite from this season. The show continues to please me enough. I want to see where it goes and where the various characters' paths leads them.
