Virtual Reality
Alex decides after a series of bad dates to experiment with virtual reality. He meets a woman. She seems great but in the end it appears that she was just trying to scam him. I had such high hopes for Alex after the last episode only to have them dashed on the rocks. *grumble*
Valerie says goodbye to all her clients. Some take it better than others. She recommends some of them to Leia. She spends the rest of the episode trying to decide how to set up her wine shop. She gets some professional advice but that really doesn't help her decide.
Laura struggles with her feelings for Tathiana, her ex-girlfriend. She shows up at the restaurant where Laura works. Tathiana tries to tell Laura that she is reacting too strongly to the fight they had. Laura shoos her away but later in the episode she almost goes to visit Tathiana.
If the title of this episode is supposed to apply to Laura and Valerie's story lines then I didn't see the connection. This episode feels like it is an in betweener. It is a bridge to something that is coming down the road, somewhere in the last five episodes of the series. This isn't a bad episode but it didn't feel all that great either.
