Thoughts
There are a lots of odds and ends in this episode. The general theme seems to be a calm moment in the midst of the new order in Litchfield. There is no backstory flashback. The only scenes outside of Litchfield take place immediately outside of Litchfield.
There are quite a few characters who get little or only very brief scenes in this episode.
There are a few moments that made me laugh or brought a smile to my face. The only one that really moved me was the moment Taystee and Soso finally apologize to one another. I did enjoy seeing the COs try to platy along with Cindy and Abdullah and act like inmates.
On the whole this one was a little too all over the place for me. It is one of my least favorite of the season even though it does have a few good moments.
