Bethany is in the hospital after fainting on stage at the end of the previous episode. The doctors run some tests and determine that she needs a new kidney. Emily wants to give her mother one of her kidneys but it turns out she isn't a match.
Miranda, Uncle Jim, and Patrick are trying to make some money, at the hospital, by selling merchandise with Miranda's face on it. They silk screen some hospital gowns and try selling them room to room. That doesn't work so they try throwing a fashion show.
The fashion show gets broken up by Emily, not that they were any more successful selling merchandise that way than room to room.
The twist towards the end was a bit more involved than I expected it to be.
I can't stop watching this show now. I have to see how far they take this. It is ridiculous beyond belief but I kind of like this ride even if it isn't a great one.
