A Tittin' and a Hairin'
Doggett gets the backstory spotlight for the second time. The flashbacks are paired with her present where she is getting a little deeper into a relationship with Coates, the doughnut man. He tells her that he likes her and thinks he went a little too far on their last "date". Her flashbacks reveal her first love who was very nice to her. She really liked him until he left town. Her life went back to being what it was before she met him after that.

Alex shows Donaldson, the CO with the shaved head, the notebook that she stole from Whithill's bunk but Lolly denies it all. Vause gets written up for causing a disturbance and stealing. Lolly gets nothing. Vause later confronts Whitehill in the bathroom and discovers that she is around the bend. She thinks the NSA is after her.

Most of the prisoners are excited when they hear that Judy King was found guilty and sentenced to prison. They aren't as happy when they find out that she won't be spending that time in Litchfield.

Chapman continues her used underwear business by recruiting Flaca and Ramos. Flaca later has a chat with Boo and Yoga Jones and finds out about how much the panties are selling for.
Chapman's relatioship with Carlin continues to develop. Vause finds out about it by accident. She isn't subtle when it comes to showing how she feels about what she sees between them.
Kukudio makes a pass at Suzanne and invites her to spend some time in a closet with her. Suzanne is too nervous to to join Kukudio in the closet. She's still a virgin. Her erotica comes from her imagination and is not based on any real world experiences.

Delia visits Daya and tells her that she wants to take care of the baby. Daya doesn't fully understand why Delia is offering to take care of her child but she accepts the offer.
Thoughts
It was good to Mendez show up again. I was surprised by the return of Luschek. It just occurred to me that O'Neil and some of the other guards haven't been seen for a few episodes now. Pearson wasn't in this one.
This episode felt all over the place. There were lots of little moments but there wasn't enough here to carry the episode. I hope that the last three episodes are a little more focused than this one.
