GLOW has a day off. Sam talks Ruth into taking a walk with him. They wind up at a blackjack table. Ruth doesn't know how to play. Sam teaches her and she ends up winning a lot of money. They have spend some of the winnings on a meal.
Rhonda has a migraine. Bash doesn't know how to deal with her in this state. He tries talking Carmen into looking after his wife but she tells him to take a hike.
Yolanda and Arthie get into a fight. Arthie needs some reassurance from Yolanda but doesn't know how to ask for it.
Debbie goes back to Los Angeles for a day to see her son.
The episode ends with Sam making a pass at Ruth. It is a very direct pass. He says he's in love with her. She enjoyed the time they spent together but she wants to keep it professional.
Thoughts
This was a good one. It wasn't amazing. It was just solidly good.
