The Drip
Johnny wakes up to find water dripping on him. He tries to get a plumber but Stevie, the gal who works at the front desk, insists that there isn't one available. Johnny decides that they need to sell Schitt's Creek. He talks to a real estate agent, the only one in town, who points out that Johnny will need to get Roland to sign off on the sale. Roland insists that Johnny and Moira come over for dinner before he will sign off on the sale of the town.
Stevie tries to invite David to a party. He isn't interested but Alexis hears about it and wants to go. David winds up going with his parents to dinner at Roland's home while Alexis goes to the party with Stevie.
Johnny does his best to play ball with Roland. Moira and David are horrified by the experience. David claims he has a migraine midway through the meal, leaves, and heads to the party. Roland eventually signs off on the contract.
I think Stevie has a crush on David. I don't think she knows he is gay. I could be wrong about the crush.
Twyla, the waitress from the first episode is at the party. She is played by Sarah Levy, daughter of Eugene and sister of Dan.
Ray Buhtani, the real estate agent, is played by Rizwan Manji. He was also in a few episodes of Atypical where he played the Vice Principal at the private school that Casey attended.
This was another funny episode. There were so many little moments that I loved. I laughed a lot.
