The Party Down crew caters a meeting for the CCCUC. They are expecting a visit from the governor, aka the Govern-ator, aka Arnold Schwarzenegger. Other stuff happens in this episode, involving the other members of the team, but Ron's series of screw-ups are the centerpiece and the highlight.
I remember really enjoying this episode the first time I saw it, about 10 years ago. It holds up in my opinion.
