Lupin, Fujiko, Goemon, and Jigen travel to Berlin. They are after Hitler's former assistant who is now an old man and lives in East Berlin. They abduct him and get back to West Berlin via hangliders. Zenigata is hot on their trail but as usual can't seem to keep up with them.
Lupin and friends try several techniques to get him to reveal where "Hitler's Legacy" is hidden. It isn't until they build an elaborate set and convince him that he is back in the waning days of World War II that they are able to get him to reveal his secret.
The thieves escape from Zenigata and Berlin and find the sunken submarine where "Hitler's Legacy" is hidden. The reward turns to out to be not as valuable as they thought it would be.
Notes
According to Wikipedia this is the 3rd episode of the season but it is listed as the 26th (and final) episode of season 1 on Crunchyroll. Although this episode can be found on Crunchyroll and in the DVD set, it never aired on Adult Swim.
