Miranda arrives in New York City with Kelly, her father. It turns out that there has been a misunderstanding. The theater that invited them is only offering them tickets to a show and not the chance to perform. Miranda and Kelly go to the show. Miranda gets on stage anyway and makes a big splash. An agent shows interest in signing her.

A Warm Body

Nadia wakes up. She survived the night. She didn't leave the party. She sees the sex pile just like she did in the previous episode. She considers leaving by the stairs but instead leaves by the fire escape. She takes a picture of a plaque on the wall of the building. It used to be a Yeshiva. She quizzes her friends and gets enough information to track down the Synagogue that used to own the building.

Miranda World opens. It is a huge success. Miranda invites Patrick to come visit, by texting him, repeatedly. He shows up with Amanda. Miranda puts them both to work and then once she has Amanda alone she dunks her in a kiddie pool full of Slurpee.

Farewell to the Solar System

This episode is filled with lots of little moments. They are all centered around the fact that the Yamato is getting read to leave the solar system. Commander Okita, in recognition of the important step, decides to have a ceremony. Crew members are given the opportunity to call home. Several conversations with loved ones back on Earth are shown but there is no central character in this episode.

Kodai doesn't have anyone to talk to back on Earth. He volunteers to take the place of someone on the repair crew. He is joined by Yamamoto. The two get to know one another a little better as they help to fix the exterior of the ship.

50 Ways to Leave Your 50-Foot Lover

Fujiko becomes a target after she inadvertently summons the Loch Ness Monster with her singing. Dr. Oz, who wants to capture Nessie, captures Fujiko, hoping to use her voice to lure Nessie out of hiding once again. Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen are hanging out on the beach in Nice when this begins but they quickly head to Scotland to find Fujiko.

Dr. Oz gets what he wants thanks to Fujiko's singing and his mechanical monster, but he doesn't hold on to Nessie. Lupin and friends help Nessie to break free.

The Great Escape

Nadia tries to figure out what's going on. She assumes at first that it is the cigarettes that Maxine brought to the party, the ones that were laced with cocaine. She tracks down the dealer who sold the cigarettes to Maxine. He doesn't have any information for her. She walks out, takes a spill down a sidewalk freight elevator shaft and dies once again.

D-Girl

Christopher's cousin introduces him to Amy, his girlfriend, who works for Jon Favreau. Amy wants to see one of Chris' scripts but he threw them all out. Adriana finds a copy of one that she kept and he takes it with him. He accompanies Amy to the set of a movie that Favreau is producing. He gets a chance to chat with Jon and after the shoot he shows them around town.

A Blowjob Before Dying

Tiger and Wolf want to take Jeri back to their underground lair to torture her before she blows up. Josh isn't convinced that's the best course of action. They run into Josh's father before they can get into the sewer grate across from his house. Instead of taking Jeri to the sewer they take her to Josh's room. They tell Gabe and Diane that she's just had too much to drink.

Happy New Year

Five years have passed since the end of season 1. Robin (Dick Grayson) is now Nightwing and there's a new Robin (Tim Drake). Miss Martian and Lagoon Boy are dating. Superboy doesn't seem to be too happy about it.

Bethany and Jim continue their secret affair. It doesn't stay secret for very long. Emily catches them sharing a hot dog sandwich, an actual hot dog sandwich, in the bathtub. She's disturbed by it but she insists that they not let Miranda find out about it.

Even If I Lose My Life

Captain Gorman of the Special Guard is sent to Earth by the Great Vega to inspect the Vegan forces there. He judges them to be inadequate and even though Blacki doesn't like it he is forced by General Gandal to follow Captain Gorman's orders.

Daisuke wakes up in a cold sweat that night sensing that something is about to happen. His fears prove to be correct. Captain Gorman, in saucer beast Jin Jin, comes looking for Duke Fleed and Grendizer. Daisuke recognizes the insignia on the saucer beast as that of the Special Guard, who destroyed his home planet.

Lupin III Part II 1.03

To Be or Nazi Be

Lupin, Fujiko, Goemon, and Jigen travel to Berlin. They are after Hitler's former assistant who is now an old man and lives in East Berlin. They abduct him and get back to West Berlin via hangliders. Zenigata is hot on their trail but as usual can't seem to keep up with them.

Lupin and friends try several techniques to get him to reveal where "Hitler's Legacy" is hidden. It isn't until they build an elaborate set and convince him that he is back in the waning days of World War II that they are able to get him to reveal his secret.

Nothing in This World Is Easy

Nadia's friend Maxine is throwing a birthday party for her. Nadia winds up leaving with Mike, a guy she met at the party. She takes him home with her, they have sex, he leaves. She runs out of cigarettes and goes to get more. Her cat has been missing for three days. She spots it on the way to the bodega. She steps into the street and gets hit by a cab and killed.

Big Girls Don't Cry

Christopher is taking an acting class. Adriana signed him up for it. It was a gift from her. The title of the class is Acting for Writers. He struggles with it. He has dreams of writing a particular kind of script and playing a particular kind of character. Ultimately he turns in a good performance but it seems to unleash something in him. The next time he works with the same scene partner he attacks the guy. The episode ends with him throwing out all the scripts he had written. I thought, at first, that he felt inspired to write something new but considering the note that it ends on I think I might be wrong about that.

Star Blazers 2199 1.06

The Sun Sets on Pluto

Commander Schultz, leader of the Gamila forces on Pluto, jumps the chain of command. Instead of reporting the destruction of the Yamato to General Goer, his immediate superior, he contacts his boss's boss, Lord Desler on the Gamilas Planet. He tells him that the Yamato has been destroyed.

The Yamato, as it turns out, was not as badly damaged as Commander Schultz believed it to be. It submerged into the ocean but it was not destroyed. Lieutenant Commander Sanada and Lieutenant Niimi have figured out how the Gamilas weapon works. It uses reflective shields which allow it to hit targets anywhere on Pluto. It is still dangerous but the forces of Earth know what they are dealing with now.

Future Man 1.05

Justice Desserts

Josh, Tiger, and Wolf come up with a plan to capture a biotic, alive. The biggest obstacle to capturing one is figuring out who is and who isn't a biotic, in disguise. Tiger and Wolf want to gather everybody from Kronish Laboratories together in one room and gas them. Josh has another idea.
