The Sopranos 2.10

Bust-Out

Tony loses his cool when he gets a visit from the FBI and one of the local police departments. He later finds out the reason for the visit: someone saw him leaving the scene of the crime. They saw that he was with someone else, but the eyewitness couldn't identify the other person. Tony talks to Neil Mink, his lawyer, and Dr. Melfi. He makes plan to skip town in case things get bad.

David Scatino's life continues to fall apart as Tony forces him to help them out by running scams. He almost commits suicide. Vic Musto, David's brother-in-law, flirts with Carmela until he finds out how bad David's situation is and the reason for it.

Tony tries to bond with A.J. but his concerns over the eyewitness keep getting in the way. Carmela gives him a hard time for missing A.J.'s last swim meet of the year.

Richie Aprile tries going to Uncle Junior for help with Tony. Junior doesn't offer any help with Tony but he does warn Richie about Janice.

Pussy meets with Special Agent Lombardi, his FBI handler. Lomardi wants to know what Pussy knows about the murder of Matt Bevilaqua. Pussy plays dumb at first but then hints that he knows about it without telling Lombardi everything.

Thoughts

This is another solidly good episode. There isn't a single scene that I can single out but the way the different stories were layered together and intersected was quite impressive.
