Retrace-Your-Step-Alizer

Terry and Korvo use time traveling shoes (Retrace-Your-Step-Alizers) to go back in time two years so that they can find Korvo's wallet. The trip takes them back to planet Schlorp. They get Korvo's wallet but wind up changing history. This leads them back to the past to try and undo what they just did but things don't work out exactly as planned.

Yumyulack finds out that Jesse has made a simulation of him (Funyulack) that is much nicer than he is. This leads him to want to be nicer to Jesse. He tries to learn from Funyulack but Funyulack turns on Yumyulack just as it seems that Yumyulack is making progress.

The Pupa  goes on a mind bending adventure.

Terry and Korvo Steal a Bear

Tim escapes from the Duke's prison. He is reunited with Cherie. He thought she was dead. Together they lead a rebellion against the Duke. The rebellion is successful but the Duke gets away, to the outside world. Tim and Cherie get into a fight. He stabs her and tosses her body into the outside world.

Thoughts

Terry, Korvo, Yumyulack, and Jessie are in this episode but they are only seen from the perspective of the people in the Wall. They do not have any lines.

I have a feeling that Cherie is not dead and that she will be back.

This was a fun episode. I like it very much.

Solar Opposites 1.06

The P.A.T.R.I.C.I.A. Device

Korvo and Terry turn the basement into a man cave. They feel that something is missing, a woman to nag them about the man cave, so they build themselves one. Well, Korvo builds one. He calls it P.A.T.R.I.C.I.A. and programs it to hate the man cave. He programs it a little too well and it goes around destroying man caves and murdering men.

Jesse is given an assignment in school to shatter the glass ceiling and strike a blow against the patriarchy. She tries joining the boys football and lacrosse teams only to discover that they are more than happy to have her. She decides that she needs to take drastic measures and manufacture a glass ceiling for herself to smash. That plan turns out worse than her previous ones.

The Lavatic Reactor

Terry and Korvo go to junior college. Terry wants to party. Korvo wants to learn. Terry shoots Korvo with the dumb ray. Terry has fun partying with Korvo until Korvo almost destroys the city. Terry figures out how to fix the situation, despite wanting to just party.

Jesse and Yumyulack go to school during the summer. No one else is there, not even the teachers. They keep going to school because they think that it is a test. Eventually they find out that it wasn't a test.

Tim and Cherie go on a quest to break the Duke's hold on the people in the Wall. It turns out to be a trap set up by the Duke.

The Booster Manifold

Korvo and Terry look into getting a jet ski. Korvo gets injured while doing some repair work. Korvo sweats out a red goobler. Korvo and Terry go hunting for it because they are sure that it wants to kill Korvo.

Jesse grows a flower out of her head. The flower's fragrance makes everyone want to hang out with her. Yumyulack thinks Jesse's flower is dumb until he grows one of his own. The fragrance of his flower has a similar effect but when the fragrances mix it causes problems.

The Pupa goes on another adventure by itself.

The Quantum Ring

Korvo decides to become a magician after Terry, Yumyulack, and Jesse once again don't show up to his Taco Tuesday celebration. He combines magic and alien tech but no one is interested in his tricks. That all changes after a couple kids surreptitiously film him doing a bunch of tricks in an alley. He becomes known as the Incredible Burn Victim Trash Man.

The people that Yumyulack shrank down and has put in his ant farm like container (aka the Wall) start to get restless. Tim and Cherie go on a quest to help one of their fellow inmates get some insulin. Jesse has been feeding them but for the most part only candy.

The Unstable Grey Hole

Korvo and Terry put nanobots in the water system to try and learn about their neighbors. It works so well that they decide to try and take over the neighborhood's home owners association. They are on the verge of succeeding when the nanobots intervene.

Jesse tries to show Yumyulack that not all humans are bad, in an effort to stop him from shrinking down people. It works to a degree but only because Jesse has installed chips in the humans that they talk to. Her plan falls apart when Yumyulack insists that they visit a biker bar.

The pupa goes on a little trip while everyone else is busy with their own projects.

The Matter Transfer Array

Korvo and Terry get obsessed with a TV character named Funbucket. They decide to create their own Funbucket after they discover that Funbucket isn't real. The Funbucket they create eventually decides that he's tired of Korvo and Terry and finds some new friends.

Jesse and Yumyulack shrink down Lydia, one of their high school classmates, who has been harassing them because they look different. They conduct experiments with her until they grow tired. They consider killing her but instead decide to lobotomize her.
