Vause gets a tattoo on her arm which reads "love is pain". They break up. Vause betrays Chapman. They don't get back together again until they are behind bars.
The hostages are led by Ruiz to safety. Ruiz asks for a favor from the governor's assistant, she wants to see her daughter. The governor's assistant says she'll see what she can do.

The next house she breaks into belongs to Coates. He is not home. She has something to eat, tries on some of his clothes, and then crashes in his bed.

The Dominicans who were guarding the hostages stop by and let Taystee know that the hostages are gone. Taystee rushes back to the front door. She gets there just in time to see dozens of correctional officers closing in on the prison.
Thoughts
The hole in the fence also seems like a bit of hole in the plot. I'm surprised the authorities didn't do anything about it. Maybe they did by the end of the episode but there is no evidence that they did.
How did Doggett know where Coates lived? Did he tell her? I can't believe it was just a coincidence that she wound up at his place. What's he going to do if she is still there when he returns?
Where is Bailey headed at the end of the episode? At first it looks like he is going to go back and face the music but then he seems to change his mind.
I really don't care much about Chapman and Vause. Their story is one of the least interesting to me.
Linda got what she had coming to her but after things got ugly there was no more follow up. It might be wishful thinking on my part but I want more about this subplot. Hopefully there will be more in the next episode.
What is going to happen to Ruiz and Mendoza? How will they be treated by their fellow prisoners? Will they get treated the same? Will it even be revealed in the final episode of the season?
What is going to happen to the bunker? What's going to happen to Piscatella? Will he get fired or prosecuted?
This was a really good episode. I hope that I find the last episode of the season to be as good as this one.
