They talk about the origins of the story, the special effects, and their memories of cast and crew who have since died.

This was a decent Making of feature. There is no mention of Davros. They appear to have had much fun making this story and unlike me fail to see shortcomings.
Remembrances (2007)

The same people who appeared in Back to School talk about references to older Doctor Who stories in Remembrance of the Daleks. This could very easily have been part of Back to School. Davros, once again, barely gets mentioned.
Interesting but not entirely satisfying. It might mean more to me if I had seen Remembrance of the Daleks when I was younger or had some nostalgic feelings for this story.
