Lesson One: Think Quick!
Arthur decides that he is ready to be a part-time superhero. The Tick wants him to go fulltime but Arthur insists on maintaining his day job at Fishladder and Sons. Overkill asks the Tick to release him from his promise not to kill anyone but the Tick refuses.
Someone has sent a drone to keep an eye on the building in which Arthur lives. Tinfoil Kevin spots it. He points it out to Arthur when he is walking out the building on his way to work. Arthur, later that morning, is forced to choose between working at Fishladder and being a superhero. He decides that being a superhero is more important and quits his job.
Dot experiences a precognitive moment. It weirds her out. She tries to talk to Arthur about it but he is too busy to listen. She goes home and finds Overkill in her apartment. They wind up drinking together while she tells him about what happened to her.
Arthur and Tick go to the bank to deposit Arthur's final paycheck. The bank is attacked by super-villainous bank robbers while they are there. The robbers get away but the Tick and Arthur follow them through the sewers but are unable to catch up to them. Arthur and the Tick arrive back at Arthur's apartment only to discover Secret Agent Tyrannosaurus Rathbone waiting for them.
Miss Lint also showed up briefly in this episode. She did not cross paths with any regular or recurring characters.
This was a fun start to the season. Things have changed in some ways and have remained the same in others. I like it. Will Dot become a superhero? Will the gang who robbed the bank be seen from again? I'm curious to see what comes next.
