The Hand of Fear - Part 2

Sirens start to go off at the nuclear power station. The Doctor and Dr. Carter escape from the guards in the confusion and make their way to the control room. Professor Watson, the top man at the power station, asks them to leave but they stick around.

Sarah has sealed the door to the room where whe is holed up with the hand that is now wiggling and regenerating. Professor Watson and the Doctor try talking some sense into Sarah but she is under the sway of Eldrad and won't listen. Dr. Carter is also under the sway of Eldrad but that isn't apparent to the Doctor just yet

The Doctor heads down to the room in which Sarah has locked herself and the hand. Dr. Carter goes with him. He tries to kill the Doctor. Dr. Carter falls to his death off from a great height when he tries taking a swing at the Doctor.

Samurai Jack 4.12

LI: Young Jack in Africa

Young Jack is taken by a friend of his father to live and train with an African chieftain and his people. It takes Jack time to accept his new surroundings. The chieftain's son, who is about Jack's age, doesn't warm to Jack as quickly as his father but eventually they become friends.

One night, after Jack has been there for some time, the village is attacked. The attackers are also humans but they work for Aku. They carry bladed weapons that they spin above their heads and that have large flat sides. Jack is the only one to evade capture. Jack follows the attackers back to their village.

Jack steals one of the attackers weapons, trains with it, and then comes back to free his new friends.

Big Brother

Matthew reveals that he's a part of the Big Brother program. Danny, Matthew's big brother, comes to visit WNYX. Beth and Lisa are surprised to see that Danny is about the same age as Matthew. Beth and Lisa try talking some sense into Danny and Matthew without much success.

Bill, Joe, and Mr. James (in that order) become obsessed with learning whom Lisa is dating since she and Dave split up. Dave has no interest in finding out.

Thoughts

I enjoyed this one very much. I think I've probably seen it before but it didn't bring back any memories. I did laugh on more than one occasion.

Thoughts

Yakko's World might have been accurate when this cartoon first aired but that is no longer the case.

The Warner siblings sing the opening song to Pinky and the Brain. They also make a cameo appearance later in the segment. 

This episode opens with the story behind the Warner siblings, although it is a slightly shorter version than opened the previous episode.

The episode closes with the Warner siblings spinning the wheel of Morality.

The Disappointment of the Dionne Quintuplets

The episode opens with a montage of scenes There are scenes of Midge and Joel moving into the apartment. They are mixed with scenes of Midge supervising as movers move things out of their apartment. Midge and her kids move in with her parents. Rose is convinced that Midge and Joel will get back together within a couple weeks.

Susie makes business cards, one at a time. She shows them to people but then asks for them back. She and Midge make plans to meetup the next day to talk shop. They meet at the Gaslight Cafe. Susie takes Midge to a record store. Midge buys a Red Foxx album for $50. 

Joel calls Midge to let her know that he has an apartment and is no longer living with their friends. He wants to see Ethan, their son. Midge doesn't want to stop by the office. Joel agrees to pick Ethan up. The next day Midge goes to the park with Ethan. She winds up speaking at a rally to protest plans to destroy the park. She is invited up to speak by Jane Jacobs who is leading the protest of the plans which were drawn up by Robert Moses.

Midge calls Joel's office only to discover that he isn't there. She talks to Mrs. Moskowitz, Joel's new older secretary. Midge gets his address from Mrs. Moskowitz and takes Ethan over to his new place. It looks very much like their place. Penny, Joel's former secretary is there. Midge has a few choice words for Joel but she leaves Ethan with him.

I'm Not Leaving

Ray sells his place. He's decided to move on. Brittany isn't happy about it. He tells her he will only be an hour and a half away.

Gary visits Ray at his new place, a camper.

Ray has a chat with Freddy who gives him some information on someone who wants to meet with him. Ray takes Dave to the meeting. It turns out to be a setup. Rafael wants Ray dead. Things don't work out for Rafael or the two men he brings with him. Dave gets shot. He doesn't make it either.

Ray goes back and sees Freddy who admits to what he did. He says they made him. They were watching him.

Ray starts a new life, as a taxi driver. He stops shaving his head, lets his beard grow out. One night he picks up a couple young guys in his cab. They want him to drop them off in a remote spot, at night. 

Animaniacs 1.01

De-Zanitized

Dr. Scratchansniff is given orders to deal with the Warner siblings (Yakko, Wakko, Dot). They are causing problems because they are too zany.

The Monkey Song

Dr. Scratchansniff and the Warners sing and dance around the studio lot to the tune of The Monkey Song, with modified lyrics.

Nighty-Night Toon

The narrator wishes everyone on the lot good night.
