Dot and Roy run into Trooper Farr when she is checking out of the hospital. He recognizes Roy. He asks her if she needs some help but she tells him that she's okay. Gator and two of Roy's other deputies show up and hassle Farr but no one gets injured and Dot winds up leaving with Roy. Farr calls Officer Olmstead after the others have left the hospital and lets her know what he witnessed.
Roy takes Dot back to his place and chains her up in a small building, far from his house. She talks to him, tries to talk him into letting her go but he's made up his mind. Karen, Roy's third wife stops by to remind him about the sheriff debate.
Officer Olmstead goes home in the middle of the day and catches Lars with another woman. Indira tells him that she's fed up with him and wants him out.
Danish helps three men to get their names legally changed, at the beginning of the episode. They all get their name changed to Roy Tillman. The three men all enter the race for sheriff of Stark County and are present and on stage at the debate. They repeat everything Roy says.
Roy gets fed up and leaves the debate. He shoves a couple people on the way out the door and takes a blind swing at someone who turns out to the be woman moderating the debate. Danish smiles from his seat in the audience and then leaves.
Gator goes to see Dot while Roy and Karen are still at the debate. He asks her about the FBI agents with whom he saw her. She gets inside his head by telling her that she saw Linda. She gives him something else to think about when she asks him why he isn't named Roy like his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Gator leaves angry only to find Deputy Farr waiting for him at the gate to the property. Gator convinces him to leave with a warning shot. Gator takes off in his police car, unaware that Munch is in the back seat.
Farr runs into Graves at a gas station. He tells him about having seen Dot with Roy. Farr tells him something needs to be done for Dot. He leaves. Danish considers calling Lorraine but ultimately decides not to do that.

Officer Olmstead goes to see Lorraine. She tells Dot's mother-in-law about the call from Deputy Farr. Lorraine tries calling Danish but he doesn't pick up, although he does see the call.
Danish meets with Roy. Danish tries to throw his weight around and cut a deal with Roy but Roy's had enough and kills the lawyer. Nadine sees his body dumped into a hole next to a windmill, not far from the small building where she is locked up.
Thoughts
Wayne and Scotty weren't in this episode. The FBI agents were mentioned but did not appear in this episode.
I don't know what got into Danish to make him think that he could walk into Roy's home and make fun of him like that. That wasn't smart and he paid the price, big time.
Did Nadine really visit with Linda? Is there any truth to what she seemed to experience in the previous episode at Camp Utopia? I want to believe that there is but I'm just not sure. I'm leaning towards it all being a story, fiction. She might believe it but I don't think it was true.
Dot tries to tell Roy, at one point, that she will get away, just like Linda. That doesn't seem to trouble Roy. He tells her that he will bury her next to Linda. Roy might not be playing with a full deck but this makes me think that he killed Linda.
Is Gator dead? I don't think so, not yet. My guess is that Munch is going to use him to get at Roy. What role will Lorraine play in the next episode. What about Indira, Witt, Wayne, and Scotty?
There is so much delicious tension in this episode. Even on the second watch, when I knew exactly what was going to happen, I could still feel it.
