Solos 1.07

Stuart

Otto gains access to Stuart, a man suffering from Alzheimer's. Otto helps Stuart to regain his memories, to dispel the fog that has clouded his thoughts. Otto reveals that Stuart robbed him of some of his memories years ago. Stuart at first denies it but later admits to it.

Otto wants to know why Stuart did what he did to him. Stuart tells him about his life, about his relationship with a son he had, a son he lost.

Solos 1.06

Nera

Nera, is stuck at home alone, very pregnant, during a snow storm. She starts to go into labor. She calls her doctor but the connection is weak and the call gets dropped. She calls 911 but the same thing happens.

Nera gives birth by herself. She cuts the umbilical cord and places the baby in a bassinet. She turns away and walks into the kitchen. Minutes later the baby, whom she has named Jacob, has aged a couple years. She talks to the boy. Minutes later he ages again, and then minutes later again.

Solos 1.05

Leah

Leah is working on a time travel device that doesn't seem to work. She takes a break and falls asleep on her couch. She is awoken by a phone call from her sister who has news about their mother who is in the hospital. Leah talks to her sister for a minute but then cuts off the conversation and hangs up.

Solos 1.04

Sasha

Sasha has been living in her home without leaving for 20 years, ever since the virus started to spread. ZEN, her AI companion, tries to talk her into taking a step outside but she is convinced that it is a trick. She refuses all efforts to get her to leave her home.

Solos 1.03

Jenny

Jenny, dressed like an angel, waits in a room and tries to remember why she is there. She remembers things from her life, about how she wants to have a baby but she and her husband Lazlo have yet to have any success in that area. She talks about how she used to babysit the Tyler, the kid who lived next door, and had a crush on Carl, Tyler's father. She talks about how she lost that job. She talks about the last things she remembers.

Solos 1.02

Peg

Peg, a 71-year-old woman, reflects back on her life as she rides alone in a spaceship, away from Earth. Her only companion on the trip is TYM, the ship's speaking computer. Peg does most of the talking. She recalls her parents, who died when she was fairly young; a boy she had a crush on and kissed once; and how she came to be on (what seems like) a one way trip away from Earth.

Solos 1.01

Tom

Tom meets a copy of himself that he ordered and for which he paid $30K. Tom knows that he is going to die soon and he doesn't want his wife and two children to be without him. The copy looks and talks exactly like Tom.

Tom gets angry and rejects the copy. He calls the company that provided his copy with the intention of returning him but then he changes his mind. He starts to talk to his copy and slowly he starts to calm down and bond with new Tom.
