Spike reunites with Julia. She wants to run away with him. He wants to deal with Vicious. They aren't given much of a choice. Syndicate killers come after them. Spike and Julia fight back. They take out a number of syndicate men but Julia is killed.

Woody (Hanks) is Andy's favorite toy until Andy gets Buzz Lightyear (Allen) for his birthday. Buzz, unlike Woody and Andy's other toys, thinks he is isn't a toy. Woody resents Buzz for taking his place as Andy's favorite.

Buzz and Woody, fall into the hands of Sid, a kid who likes to tear toys apart and mix and match their parts. Woody is determined to escape. Buzz still thinks he is a Space Ranger, until he sees a television commercial advertisement for himself. Buzz doesn't handle reality very well. Woody almost gets them out of Sid's home. He reaches out to Andy's toys for some help but when they turn their back on him he loses his will to live.

Vicious, who hasn't been seen since 1.13 (Jupiter Jazz - Part 2) tries to take down the leaders of the criminal syndicate. His attempt fails and they lock him up.

Gunmen from the syndicate attack Spike and Jet while they are in the Loser Bar on Mars. They aren't sure what to make of it but they fight back. Jet gets shot in the leg. Shin, Lin's brother shows up to help them out. He tells them know about what happened to Vicious. He stays behind while they escape.

Lupin and his gang travel to Rio de Janeiro. The New York Mammoths are there to play a Brazilian soccer team. Lupin and his team are there to steal the money from the ticket sales. Lupin, Jigen, and Goemon get themselves locked up after they crash a truck into the statue of Christ the Redeemer atop Corcovado.

Zenigata shows up soon after they are arrested. He suspects that they are up to something and he is correct. Their plan is to sneak out and steal the money. Fujiko shows up at the prison disguised as a nurse to help them execute their plan.

It has been five years since Lupin last saw Jigen, Fujiko, Goemon, and Zenigata. All five are brought together in Lisbon, aboard the world largest

Lupin, his accomplices (Jigen, Fujiko, Goemon), and Zenigata (the policeman who seeks to arrest the others) are individually lured to Lisbon where they board the Sirloin, an ocean liner. It has been five years since they last saw one another.

The Sirloin sets sail. The main characters try to enjoy the trip. They receive an invitation to a special dinner after surviving a few deadly traps. Lupin deduces from the invitation that it must have come from Mr. X, head of the Scorpio crime syndicate.
