Jack meets a wizard in a swamp who tells him a story about the titan Cronus. The wizard, who is actually Aku, leads him on a quest to recover the three gems of power that once belonged to Cronus. The gems were hidden on Earth. Each of the gems is protected by a different sort of trap.

The Sea Gate

Adora, Glimmer, and Bow travel to Salineas to try and get Princess Mermista to join the Princess Alliance. They meet Sea Hawk, captain of a ship, who helps them get to Salineas. He likes to sing shanties and claims to know Princess Mermista. Both turn out to be true but the princess isn't thrilled to see him when get there.

Shadow Weaver sends Catra and Force Captain Scorpia, along with a few troops to the Sea Gate. Their mission is to recapture Adora. Shadow Weaver doesn't care that Hordak wants her to forget about Adora.

The two teams meet at the Sea Gate. A fight ensues. Catra confronts She-Ra but is unable to abduct her.

A man is brought into a police station. He is accused of murdering Helga Albracht, his girlfriend. The man denies that he did it and says that the police have misidentified him. They think he is Yuri Gurka, a 20-year-old immigrant from Ukraine. He tells them that his name is Jakob Ungerleider and he is clearly older than 20. His wife is named Helga but her last name is not Albracht, and the police met her when he was arrested.

Hot Tub Club

GLOW has a day off. Sam talks Ruth into taking a walk with him. They wind up at a blackjack table. Ruth doesn't know how to play. Sam teaches her and she ends up winning a lot of money. They have spend some of the winnings on a meal.

Prelude to an Apocalypse

Josh tries to enter the Kronish building in 2017 but he gets kicked out. He goes home and discovers that his life is amazing. He is an e-Sports superstar named Joosh. Everything is wonderful. He is ready to give up on the mission but then Tiger and Wolf show up at his house. Years have passed for them as seen in the previous episode but it has only been 20 minutes for Josh.

Nadia starts from the bathroom, at the party, but everything has changed. Everything is back to the way it was before she died the first time. She remembers everything she has been through. She leaves the party and goes to look for Alan. She runs into Horse, in the park. He's got Oatmeal.

Chapter I

Samantha White, leader of the Black Student Union at elite Winchester University exposes a blackface party on campus sponsored by Pastiche, the school's humor magazine, but all is not as it seems. The party was planned as a reaction to her campus radio program, Dear White People. The party (Dear Black People) was shut down before it happened by the university administration but somehow invitations went out anyway.
