Jackie forgets to remove her wedding ring before getting to the hospital. She tries but can't seem to remove it no matter how hard she tries.
Dr. O'Hara tries to apologize to Jackie but Jackie isn't receptive. Jackie changes her tune after she realizes that she can't get her wedding ring off. Dr. O'Hara helps her cut it off.
Coop confronts Jackie about the organ donor from 1.09. Someone is asking for paper work that he never signed. He gives her the third degree over it. She turns the tables on him later in the episode. He grabs her breast. She tells him in a soothing voice that he's just having a bad day and that it is all going to be alright. She kisses him.
Eddie's pharmacy gets a face lift. They install a pill dispensing machine. The work isn't finished but he's hiding in the backroom when Jackie comes to see him. They have sex and Zoe walks in on them not realizing what they are up to before she opens the door.
Jackie takes a hammer and hits her ring finger with it. Dr. Cooper puts a splint on it for her.
Thoughts
Things are starting to get more interesting now that Zoe knows about Jackie and Eddie. Jackie doing what she can to calm Dr. Cooper down was also interesting. I expect more developments along these fronts. Some previous episodes felt a bit like treading water but this one did not. I liked this one a lot.
