Rick and Morty on a train, traveling through space.
So confusing.
Rick and Morty aren't on the train at first but then it turns out that two of the passengers are actually Rick and Morty in disguise. They get into a fight with the conductor and then with train security
They eventually make it to the lead car on the train where they come face to face with the man behind it all, Story Lord. He beats them up and then tries to steal their story telling essence. Story Lord's plan backfires when Rick does something completely unexpected.
There are lots of little stories along the way.
Thoughts
Jerry was not in this episode.
This episode made little to no sense but I sure enjoyed the ride. There were at least a couple laugh out loud moments and a lots of others that brought a smile to my face. Morty's feminist story about Summer and Beth was one of them.
This is kind of an anthology episode that is poking fun at the idea of anthology episodes. I like that.
