Rising
Arthur (and the Tick) and Overkill can't come to an agreement about what to do with Ramses. Overkill injects him with a truth telling serum which helps them to learn where the Terror's hideout is located. Arthur wants to turn Ramses over to the Feds, AEGIS, and let them handle the rest. Overkill disagrees with this approach but lets them walk out with Ramses.
Ms. Lint talks to the Terror. She thought he was killed 13 years ago. She was his right hand at the time. She has a hard time grasping why he didn't tell her that he was still alive. The Terror doesn't understand why she didn't kill Ramses years ago.
Dot decides that she needs to start hanging around with Arthur, in order to protect him. Arthur says no but Dot starts to gather some gear.
Arthur and the Tick get distracted and lose track of Ramses. The villain uses a RPG like weapon to try and kill a bus full of innocent civilians. Arthur and the Tick save everyone aboard the bus. The story goes viral.
Ms. Lint finds and kills Ramses. Arthur gets kidnapped by the Terror.
The story of the Large Naked Guy (LNG) continues to loom in the background. It has yet to really intersect with the story of Arthur and the Tick.
This is a decent episode but it is just a piece of the larger story. I am eager for more but this episode doesn't stand on its own very well.
