Reclaim! The Power of the Shinigami
Ichigo mourns the fact that no one seems to remember Rukia as the school year ends. He later learns that Orihime remembers her and wonders why no one else does.
Rukia, imprisoned in the Soul Society, gets a visit from Renji who unsuccessfully tries to joke about her possible fate.
Orihime, Chad, and the talking cat visit with Uryū. They try to get him interested in helping Rukia but he is too busy worrying about how he could have lost his competition with Ichigo.
Ichigo starts to train with Urahara and his followers. The episode ends with Urahara giving him 72 hours to escape from a deep pit while his arms are tied behind his back. If he is unsuccessful then he will turn into a Hollow.
I wasn't bored by this episode but the only action is in Ichigo's training and it is mostly setting the stage for things to come. The world is expanding a little bit. I recall the broader brush strokes from the first time I watched this season ten or more years ago but there are lots of details that have since left my head. I enjoyed this episode but it wasn't groundbreaking or amazing.
