Beyond Understanding
Cha Se-gye buys the talent agency. Dan-sim meets Cha Dai-su. She asks Se-gye to look after a stray dog that she found while on her way home. He is allergic to dogs and hands it over to Son Jae-han who locates the owner.
Mun-do breaks ground on a new resort. There is still one owner who has yet to sell their land, Seo-ri's grandmother. Seo-ri uses some moves she learned from binge watching TV shows to beat up the thugs who try to intimidate her grandmother into selling.
Se-gye insults Seo-ri infront of Dai-su while trying to save face. He later apologizes.
There is much confusion between Dan-sim and Se-gye over the nature of their relationship. She thinks for a while that he is a fan of hers. He thinks that she is in love with him. The episode ends with them embracing.
I believe that there was just one flashback (to 300 years ago) in this episode, although I might be misremembering things.
There are aspects of this show that just don't make logical sense. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. It is very melodramatic. There certainly are a lot of coincidences.
I loved the ridiculousness and over the top nature of the fight scene. They even cut the sides of the screen down and filmed it differently so it looked like a TV show from an earlier era.
