This is the third of four episodes of this show that starred Ronald Colman.

Patricia Morison played the part of Charlotte Kirby, an actress and the first of Matthew's patients. This is the second of two episodes in which she appeared. The first was 1.12 Man in the Box.

Elisabeth Fraser played the part of Diana Shaw, who suffers from migraines and whose husband's best friends seems to be in love with her. This is the first of two episodes of this show in which she appeared. I know her best from the 18 episodes of The Phil Silvers Show in which she played MSgt Joan Hogan. She appeared in one episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1955). She was also in The Who Who Came to Dinner (1941).

Hillary Brooke played the part of Miriam Newsom, who is fed up with her husband whom she finds to be an insufferable bore. This is the second of two episodes of this show in which she appeared. The first was 1.04 Backstage, in which she also played a character named Miriam. She was also in The Enchanted Cottage (1945) and The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956).

Benita Hume played the part of Deborah, Matthew's wife who worries about the upholstery of the couch in his office. This is her next to last credit according to IMDb and the only episode of this show in which she appeared. 

Alix Talton played the part of Matthew's receptionist. This is the second of three episodes of this show in which she appeared. The first was 1.11 Sound Off, My Love. She was also in The Man Who Who Came to Dinner (1941) and The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956).
