Sam gets pushed around by Karen Scarfolli, one of Kim Kelly's friends. Sam's locker is next to her locker and he tries opening her locker by mistake. She writes "GEEK" on his locker in lipstick. He wipes it off. She gets angry when she sees what he did and writes "PYGMY GEEK" on his locker in magic marker.
Lindsey gets fed up with Kim being mean to her. Nick can see that it's bothering her. He wants to tell Kim to knock it off but Lindsey makes him promise not to say anything to her about it. Kim asks Lindsey, later that day to come over for dinner. Lindsey says yes. Kim picks her up in her Gremlim that evening.
Sam tries crossing out what Karen wrote on his locker. He gets caught by one of the teachers who accuses him of defacing school property and assigns him to write a 500 word essay.
Kim warns Lindsey that her family is psycho just before they get to the house. She also wants Lindsey to pretend to be rich. Lindsey tries to play along but her mother sees through the scam. Lindsey and Kim wind up running out before the meal is over.
Sam gets into a fight with Neal while Bill and Neal are over at his house. Sam starts eating lots of food in an effort to bulk up.
Kim and Lindsey go looking for Daniel. They find him with Karen who is sucking on his thumb. Kim goes ballistic and tries to run over Daniel. Lindsey and Kim wind up back at Lindsey's home. She invites Kim to come in and she winds up staying for dinner.
Daniel and Nick show up in the middle of the meal. Daniel wants to clear things up with Kim. She doesn't want to talk to him. It gets awkward for everyone in the house but eventually they do kiss and makeup.

Rashida Jones plays Karen Scarfolli. This is the only episode in which she appears. See also Parks and Recreation, Angie Tribeca, #BlackAF.
This is another good one. So many great awkward, funny, and serious moments.
