XLI: Robo-Samurai versus Mondo-Bot
Jack battles Mondo-Bot, a giant killer robot. He is almost killed but a couple of human-sized robots save him. Mondo-Bot was built to defend their city, Andromeda, but something went wrong. Mondo-Bot now tries to destroy all he sees.
The robots give Jack a breathing apparatus and direct him to swim into the lake. He follows their instructions. He finds there a giant robot. Jack becomes one with the robot, rises out of the lake, and battles Mondo-Bot.
Thoughts
This episode is almost all action. There is very little dialogue in it. Most of the talking occurs when the robots tell Jack about Andromeda and Mondo-Bot.
This is a fun one. It is visually appealing but lacking in story or character moments. The music also stands out.
