The Secret of Management
Lisa gets annoyed when Mr. James spends more time with Dave than he does with her, especially considering that she is now Dave's boss. She asks Mr. James to tell her the secret of management, after she discovers he already shared that information with Dave.
Bill hires a butler. Matthew has been rehired but he still doesn't feel as though everyone appreciates having him back.
Thoughts
Catherine is not in this episode.
Katie Couric and Matt Lauer show up on screen, during the opening credits, but don't have any lines. Matthew is the only cast member to show up on screen during the opening credits.
Cadbury, Bill's butler, is played by Ian Abercrombie whom I know best from Seinfeld. He played Mr. Pitt, Elaine's boss.
This was a decent one but not a favorite.
