Phil Silvers performs a little skit with with four other members of the cast of the TV show. I'm guessing that this is all that remains of a longer performance.

I think this clip may be from The Phil Solvers Pontiac Special: Keep in Step from 1959. It was a one hour TV special. 

The other characters in this clip are Henshaw, Fender, Papparelli, and Doberman. There were other actors from the show in the TV special but these are the only ones that appeared in this clip.

Phil Silvers and Jack Benny on the Dick Cavett Show

I believe this clip is from the 1 Apr 1971 episode of the Dick Cavett Show. I've got to believe that Silvers and Benny must have spent more than 5 minutes on screen with Cavett but this is all that I can find on this disc or on the internet.

Phil Silvers did do another longer interview with Cavett in 1981. That interview is not included in the DVD set but I believe it can found on YouTube.

Interview with Cathy Silvers

This interview was conducted in 2014. She talks about a few memories of her father, her own career as an actress, advice she got from him about show business, and a little bit about her health food company.

Cathy Silvers is one of Phil Silvers' five daughters. She was born in 1961. She worked as an actress for a time but only has 15 on screen credits according to IMDb. One of those credits is for the role of Jenny Piccalo on Happy Days. She appeared in 55 episodes of that show. Her father appeared in one episode of Happy Days with her. He played Jenny Piccalo's father.
