Sgt Bilko decides to enter Josie, Hannigan's girlfriend, in the Miss Kansas beauty contest after he sees her picture. Hannigan is against it but Bilko keeps Hannigan busy so he won't find out about it. Colonel Hall tries to prevent Bilko from having anything to do with the contest but Bilko finds his way around his commanding officer's orders. The joke's on Bilko in the end when it turns out that Josie doesn't look quite the same as she did in the picture Hannigan showed him.
I knew that there was going to be some kind of a catch. There's no way Hannigan's girlfriend would turn out to be as beautiful as she seemed in her picture.
I really liked the dream sequence where Bilko dreamed of dancing with Josie. It was just so over the top ridiculous.
This one was fun, not perfect, but fun.
