Boss and his assistants visit Kouji at the Shirakaba Ranch after upgrading Boss Borot. Kouji is still hurting from the loss of the TFO. X1 and X2, a couple of Vegan spies, see what Boss and his assistants are up to and report their finding s back to Skull Moon Base. Gandal sends Saucer Beast Rye Rye to Earth to deal with Grendizer and Boss Borot.
Saucer Beast Rye Rye attacks Boss Borot after it reaches the Shirakaba Ranch. Boss Borot proves to be no match for the saucer beast. Grendizer shows up up just in time to even the odds. It looks like Grendizer has the upper hand but then the tables turn. Boss Borot proves to be the decisive factor in the fight even though Grendizer does most of the damage to the saucer beast.
Thoughts
This is the second and final appearance of Boss and Boss Borot on Grendizer, according to Wikirak. The previous appearance was in 1.14 (Boss Borot is Here!).
The Vegans don’t have much of a plan. They just want to destroy Grendizer.
I appreciate the fact that this show has its humorous moments but I wasn’t that amused by Boss Borot’s actions.
