Three other Master Sargeants (Sowici, Pendelton, Grover) play a trick on Bilko. They attach a wig to his head while he is sleeping. He wakes up and thinks his hair has grown back. The other Master Sergeants have plans to reveal the trick in front of a crowd but Bilko discovers the truth before they get a chance to do so. Bilko comes up with a plan to get revenge on Sowici, Pendleton, and Grover.
On the DVD this episode is titled Hair but on IMDb it is titled Bilko's Hair.
This is the last of 20 appearances for Harry Clark, who played Master Sargeant Stanley Sowici. He died on February 28, 1956 almost two months before the episode aired.
Sowici, Pendleton, and Grover's plan was doomed to fail. Maybe if I had believed that they stood a chance at succeeding then I would have enjoyed it more. This was a fun episode but not great.
