Flower and Hollow
Orihime, Tatsuki, and Chizuru get attacked by a Hollow. It attacks a number of their friends first and turns them into its brainless servants. Their classmates attack them. Tatsuki keeps them at bay until the Hollow attacks her and turns her into a zombie-like servant just like the others.
The Hollow turns on Orihime and is about to attack her when something from within her comes alive. It is six creatures know as the Six Princess Shielding Flowers. They quickly introduce themselves and then instruct her as to how they can help protect her, help her to heal Tatsuki, and deal with the Hollow. Once the fight is over the six disappear and return to her hair pins from which they emerged.
Urahara gathers up Orihime and Chad, with some help from his muscular looking assistant, and takes them back to his shop and tells them more about Hollows and what is going on.
Uryū finally admits to himself that there are more Hollows showing up than he expected there to be. He runs into Rukia and Kon (in Ichigo's body) first. Ichigo joins them as the episode ends.
Thoughts
This episode ends on another cliffhanger and was mostly about Orihime discovering her powers. There are still lots of Hollows that need to be dealt with. I'm not sure if this little arc will end with the next episode or not.
The world of Bleach continues to grow. I recalled a little bit about Orihime's powers but not the circumstances under which they emerged. The Hollow that Orihime fought was really creepy looking, kind of like a skull with a lot of tentacles.
This is a decent episode. I wouldn't say it was great but it was pretty good.
