There was no making of feature on the DVD of this story that I bought a few years ago. I found this on the Blu Ray collection for season 12. This was fun although I'm not sure that there was much in the way of stories that I hadn't heard before. Still, it was nice to see some of the actors who weren't on the commentary track and were only in this story and no others.
Ian Marter: On Target (2007)
16 minutes
Tom Baker, Elisabeth Sladen, Nicholas Courtney (Brigadier Alastair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, Terrance Dicks (writer, script editor), Gary Russell (script editor) talk about their memories of Ian Marter (Harry Sullivan). They talk about his work on the show and his work writing novelizations of Doctor Who stories.
Some of them read bits of novelizations that Ian Marter wrote that they really liked. This was very well put together.
