Episode 4

The North Korean Coast Guard commander sees Se-ri and Jeong-hyuk kissing. He lets them go and doesn't arrest them but he orders the captain of the fishing boat to turn around and head back to shore.

Se-ri is frustrated. That night, after they get back to Jeong-hyuk's home, she takes off with her parachute and her harness. She is ready to try parasailing back to South Korea. She tries using her walkie-talkie. No one responds to her calls for help but a North Korean listening post picks up her transmission.

Jeong-hyuk heard Se-ri leave and goes looking for her. He finds her just as she is going to try parasailing back to the south. They end up parasailing together to evade the North Korean border patrol.

Ploy

Max quits. He makes a big show of it. Beth is convinced that it is all a ploy to get her to "go out" with him. Dave accepts Max's resignation and doesn't make any effort to stop him from leaving, until Mr. James finds out about it and orders him to beg Max to stay.

Lisa changes her name to Lisa Miller Johnson. Joe tries to talk her out of changing her name. Matthew tries to talk her into changing her name to Svetlana Monsoon. Matthew never liked her old name.

Robert (Daniel Zolghadri) drops out of high school in the middle of the school year and moves into a depressing apartment after his art teacher dies. He gets a job working for Cheryl, a public defender who helped him after he was arrested for stealing art from his dead teacher's apartment. Robert also has a job working at a comic book shop. 

Robert becomes obsessed with Wallace (Matthew Maher), one of Cheryl's clients, after learning that he used to work for Image Comics. Robert's parents aren't supportive of his decision to drop out of school and pursue his art career. Miles (Miles Emanuel), Robert's closest friend, is supportive of his career choice but they can't seem to agree on a number of other things. Robert eventually returns home, on Christmas Day, but he brings Wallace with him.

I think this clip may be from The Phil Solvers Pontiac Special: Keep in Step from 1959. It was a one hour TV special. 

The other characters in this clip are Henshaw, Fender, Papparelli, and Doberman. There were other actors from the show in the TV special but these are the only ones that appeared in this clip.

Daniel and Marcel Larcher find out that their father is dying. They go to see him. Their father has decided to leave everything to Daniel. Their father looks down on Marcel and has nothing good to say to him. Their father dies before they leave.

Raymond Schwartz gets backed into a corner. He is taking a loan from Albert Crémieux, the man who is selling him the concrete business. He could have borrowed the money from his father-in-law but he didn't want to do that. Caberni finds out about Schwartz's financing and gives Raymond a choice: give Caberni half the business or go to prison.

Teen Titans 3.02

X

The Teen Titans cross paths with someone dressed as X, the identity that Robin sometimes adopted in the first two seasons. X is out to steal some Zynothium which powers his weapons and his suit. X is too much for the Teen Titans. They can't stop him.

Robin turns to Professor Chang for help finding Zynothium. The villainous Professor Chang has no interest in helping Robin and the Teen Titans. The Teen Titans, minus Cyborg who has been captured by Professor Chang, converge on a warehouse. Raven, Beast Boy, and Starfire are captured by Professor Chang's assistants.

Moira decides to make dinner. It is a recipe that her mother gave her. She asks for David's help. He has to turn to Stevie for a ride to the store. Stevie talks a lot, during the trip to store, about how she is over him.

Alexis tries to break up with Ted. She finally does after Mutt gives her a hard time about not breaking up with him.

Johnny goes looking for some office space. Bob offers him his garage but there are strings attached to the offer even though Bob insists that there are no strings attached.
