Episode 13

Se-ri and Jeong-hyuk talk about the plans for him to return to North Korea at the end of the World Games, in 5 days. He gives her a ring. He also bought one for himself. She is very moved by the gift. Seo-Dan's mother, Ko Myeong-eun, runs into a couple of women from the village when she returning home. They ask her a lot of questions. She tells them that Alberto (Seung-jung) is her nephew but they don't believe her.

Ko Myeong-eun runs into Alberto when she enters the apartment that was meant for Seo-dan and Jeong-hyuk. He explains that Seo-dan drank too much the night before. When the three of them sit down to eat he explains that he has a crush on Seo-dan even though he knows she loves someone else and is planning to marry that someone else.

Episode 12

Se-ri and Jeong-hyuk avoid getting killed by Cho Cheol-gang thanks to Se-ri's quick thinking. She meets with some Korean and Chinese gangsters and puts them to work looking for Cheol-gang. Jeong-hyuk does some searching online in the hopes of discovering something about who is helping Cheol-gang.

Man-bok shares with the other about how he listened to Se-ri's employees gossip. Chi-su share with the others about how he worked as a delivery driver for a chicken restaurant. Ju-meok and Eun-dong went to an internet cafe. Ju-meok watched dramas while Eun-dong played video games. He almost met Jeong-hyuk but Se-ri came home in time to prevent Jeong-hyuk from going out to meet him.

Episode 11

Jeong-hyuk explains to Se-ri how he got to Seoul and what he's doing there. He explains about Cho Cheol-gang's threats. Cheol-gang crosses paths with some of the security guard in the building where Se-Ri's Choice is located. He was, unbeknownst to Se-Ri, recently hired as part of the building's security team.

Se-ri takes Jeong-hyuk back to her place. They order some food, after a few awkward moments, and are just about ready to dig in when her brother Se-hyeong and his wife (Sang-a) show up unexpectedly. Se-ri has Jeong-hyuk hide in another room. Se-ri has an awkward conversation with her brother and his wife, after which they leave. Sang-a notices another pair of shoes near the door but doesn't say anything to her husband or her sister-in-law.

Episode 10

Se-Ri returns to work just as Kang-a, her sister-in-law, is about to take over her company, Se-Ri's Choice. Everyone is stunned to see Se-ri alive. Some are happy to see her but many are not or they are too stunned to react one way or another.

Jeong-hyuk gets a visit from Jung Man-bok, Who works for Cho Cheol-gang and who knew Mu-hyuk, Jeong-hyuk's brother. Man-bok explains why he was working for Cheol-gang and of his connection to Mu-hyuk. He tells him what he knows about what Mu-hyuk was doing and says that he wants to do whatever he can to help Jeong-hyuk.

The women in the North Korean village find a note left by Se-ri. She tells them the truth in the note. She apologizes for not telling them sooner and thanks them for all that they did for her.

Episode 9

Se-ri is forced to call Jeong-hyuk and tell him that she won't be returning. He tries to reason with her but the call is cut off. He goes home only to find that Cheol-gang and his men are searching the place. Jeong-hyuk attacks Cheol-gang and gets locked up. He calls Seo-dan to see what she had to do with his arrest. She tells him that their wedding is still on and that he will have to remain locked up until the day of the ceremony.

Jeong-hyuk tells his men, when they come to visit him in prison, to let word get out about the identity of his father. They do just that. It isn't long before word spreads to the man who runs the prison. He releases his Jeong-hyuk and gives him a car.

Episode 8

Seo-dan tries talking Jeong-hyuk into forgetting about Se-ri, but he isn't ready to give up on Se-ri. Seo-dan similarly isn't ready to give up on Jeong-hyuk. She winds up talking to Seung-jun and levels with him that she knows who Se-ri really is. Seung-jun tells her he has a plan so that they can both get what they want.

Jeong-hyuk leaves the hospital early. He goes looking for Se-ri. He gets some help from a specialist in power lines who gives him an idea of where to look. He finds the house where Seung-jun and Se-ri are staying.

Episode 7

Se-ri misses her flight out of North Korea. Instead she drives Jeong-Hyuk to the nearest hospital and stays there while is operated on and then convalesces. Seung-jun wonders what happened to Se-ri. He runs into Seo-dan in the village where Jeong-hyuk lives. She is there looking for Jeong-hyuk. 

Cho Cheol-gang hears about the incident on the road. Once his people have found Jeong-hyuk he goes to the hospital to arrest him. Jeong-hyuk's father, who is a high level government official, shows up just in time to prevent Cheol-gang from arresting his son.

Se-ri sticks around as long as she dares but eventually leaves the hospital with Seung-jun, barely avoiding running into Cheol-gang. Seo-dan finds out who Se-ri really is. Se-ri's parents have her declared dead and one of her brother's placed in charge of the family business.

Episode 6

Jeong-hyuk explains to Seung-joon that he is Se-ri's bodyguard. 

Seo-dan and Seong-joon meet for the second time.

Seo-dan arranges a dinner with Jeong-hyuk, her mother, and his parents. A wedding date is set during the meal.

Se-hyeong, Se-ri's brother, learns that she is still alive and is in North Korea. He and his wife decide that Se-ri must never return from North Korea.

An attempt is made on Se-ri's life as she is being driven to the airport by one of Jeong-hyuk's men. Jeong-hyuk prevents the would be murderers from killing Se-ri but he gets shot in the back during the attempt on her life.

Episode 5

Se-ri and Jeong-hyuk return to his place. They are passed, on the way there, by a car carrying Goo Seung-joon. He sees Se-ri and thinks she looks familiar.

Se-ri and Jeong-hyuk find Seo Dan waiting for them. She needs a ride home. Jeong-hyuk offers to drive her. He gives Seo Dan the same cover story that he has given everyone else about Se-ri, that she is a secret agent who is working with him. Seo Dan shrugs it off.

Episode 4

The North Korean Coast Guard commander sees Se-ri and Jeong-hyuk kissing. He lets them go and doesn't arrest them but he orders the captain of the fishing boat to turn around and head back to shore.

Se-ri is frustrated. That night, after they get back to Jeong-hyuk's home, she takes off with her parachute and her harness. She is ready to try parasailing back to South Korea. She tries using her walkie-talkie. No one responds to her calls for help but a North Korean listening post picks up her transmission.

Jeong-hyuk heard Se-ri leave and goes looking for her. He finds her just as she is going to try parasailing back to the south. They end up parasailing together to evade the North Korean border patrol.

Episode 3

Ri Jeong-hyuk shows up just in time to save Yoon Se-ri from Jo Cheol-gang, his boss, who has been conducting a suprise inspection of the town. Jeong-hyuk tells his boss that Se-ri is his fiancée. Jeong-hyuk can't tell them anything more than that because, as he explains it, she works for Division 11, which means that she is a North Korean spy.

Episode 2

Yoon Se-ri finds out that she has unknowingly taken refuge Ri Jeong-hyuk's home. He allows her to stay. She wants to return to South Korea but there is no easy way to get her there. Kim Joo-meok, one of Jeong-hyuk's men who likes to watch South Korean television shows, knows someone who might be able to help smuggle her out of the country but not for a few days. For the present she will have to stay put and out of sight.

Episode 1

Yoon Se-ri finds out that her father wants her to take over his business instead of either of her brothers. She makes plans to fire both of her brothers but before she gets around to doing that she disappears while paragliding. A storm blows her off course and she accidentally winds up in North Korea.
