The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Painting Class
Charles gives Julie the rundown on the top three suspects he has among the staff of the retirement home. He then starts to look into some of the residents at the retirement home. Julie questions if he is getting too close to the other residents and losing the objective perspective he needs.
Charles gets involved in some recreational activities at the retirement home. The activities bring him a little closer to two of the residents: Florence and Calbert. He suspects Florence of having a gambling problem. He uses Calbert as a sounding board.
Didi seems to decide that she's learned enough about Charles and that he isn't hiding anything.
The episode ends with Charles deciding to take a break from sleuthing. He leaves his spy gear in his room and then heads downstairs to mingle with the other residents.
Thoughts
Julie probably won't react well to Charles decision to leave his spy gear in his room.
Emily and her family (husband, sons) were not in this episode. Virginia was in this episode but she didn't play much of a role in it. Didi played a bigger role in this episode than Virginia did.
This is another solid episode.
