House Guest
Greg, Steven's father, comes to stay with the Crystal Gems while his legs heals. Steven tries using his healing powers to fix his father's leg but it doesn't seem to work. Steven, Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl take off on a mission (to heal the Geode) while Greg is staying with them.
Pearl gives Greg a warp whistle that he can uses to call them in case of an emergency. Greg uses it multiple times for things that are not emergencies. Steven gets angry at his father but in the end Greg helps Steven to heal the Geode, using duct tape, which also seems to help heal their relationship.
Thoughts
This episode picks up on things that happened in the previous couple of episodes, especially the development of Steven's powers and the status of Greg's health.
This is the first time I remember someone using Greg's first name. Prior to this I think that he was always Mr. Universe or Steven's Dad.
This episode was mostly about Steven and his father.
This was okay. It didn't blow me away with greatness.
