The Call - Part One
Batman is invited to join the Justice League by Superman after Micron, another member of the League, is injured while trying to stop a runaway train. The other members of the Justice League aren't very welcoming, in large part because Superman didn't consult with them before extending the invitation to Terry. Superman confides in Terry that he thinks there is a traitor on the team. He hopes that Terry can figure out who it is.
Terry does his best but two members of the team, Aquagirl and Warhawk, are badly injured in separate incidents. Terry and Bruce examine the footage of the explosion that injured Warhawk and find that Superman was the one who triggered the detonation.
The episode ends with Bruce giving Terry a piece of kryptonite to help him deal with Superman.
According to my records I watched this episode in 2013. I wasn't in the habit of making notes about what I watched back then. I don't really recall anything about this episode from back then.
Most of this episode takes place in Metropolis, home of the Justice League. The members of Justice League are Superman, Micron, Warhawk, Aquagirl, Barda, and Green Lantern. I believe Warhawk is later revealed to be the son of John Stewart and Hawkgirl. Aquagirl is supposed to be the daughter of Aquaman. Micron and Green Lantern are both mysteries to me. Micron might be a legacy hero who trained with Ray Palmer (Atom) but that's a guess on my part.
I've got a feeling that there's going to be a twist in this tale. I don't think that it's as simple as Superman has gone rogue.
I wish I could say that I liked it more but this episode moved way too fast. There was way too much packed into this single episode.
