Linda

The woman in whose house Munch lives has an adult son who comes to visit. He wants money. Munch gives him some but then as the son is leaving Munch comes at him with an axe.

Dot stops for a bite to eat, pancakes. She gets back on the road after her meal. She stops near a wind mill and pulls a post card for Camp Utopia out from under some rocks next to the wind mill. She keeps driving until she finds Camp Utopia.

She's there to find Linda, Roy's first wife. Linda is there. She's the one who runs Camp Utopia. It's a place for women who have escaped abusive relationships. Dot wants Linda to leave with her, to go back and testify against Roy. Linda tells Dot that she needs to do like the rest of the women and make a puppet and use it to tell her story.

Former US Army Ranger Cameron Poe (Nicholas Cage) is convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to up to 10 years in prison. He gets paroled after eight years but the flight he is on gets taken over by Cyrus "The Virus" Grissom (John Malkovich) and a gang of prisoners that he has recruited to help him out.

Poe wants nothing more than to get home but he has to play along in order to survive. US Marshall Vince Larkin (John Cusack) and DEA Agent Duncan Malloy both work to recapture or kill the inmates on the flight. Larkin is convinced that they should trust Poe but Malloy feels otherwise.

Eventually some of Poe's fellow inmates get wise that he hasn't been telling them the truth and his situation becomes considerably more perilous.

Solos 1.03

Jenny

Jenny, dressed like an angel, waits in a room and tries to remember why she is there. She remembers things from her life, about how she wants to have a baby but she and her husband Lazlo have yet to have any success in that area. She talks about how she used to babysit the Tyler, the kid who lived next door, and had a crush on Carl, Tyler's father. She talks about how she lost that job. She talks about the last things she remembers.

Inuyasha 1.21

Naraku's True Identity Unveiled

Kagome goes on a date with Hojo. He can tell she seems distracted. She can't stop thinking about Inuyasha. She ends the date early and runs back to the well.

A shard of the Shikon Jewel falls to the ground during the fight between Inuayasha and Rōyakan. Inuyasha tries to get it but he is too slow. Shippo grabs the shard and runs off, chased by three eyed wolves created by Rōyakan's roar. They chase him back to the blocked up well. He fools them momentarily and then falls in.

Kagome is down in the well in the Modern Era and tries digging her way through. She senses a shard of the Shikon Jewel. Suddenly the shard that Shippo grabbed appears before her. Inuyasha senses the arrival of Kagome. He rushes to the well. Rōyakan follows him. Inuyasha deals with him and the three eyed wolves.

Doctor Who (1963) 21.06.01

The Caves of Androzani - Part One

The Doctor and Peri land in the TARDIS on Androzani Minor. They go for a walk, at the Doctor's suggestion. They follow some tracks that they find which lead them to some caves.

The Doctor and Peri are apprehended by miners who assume that they are arms smugglers because the Doctor and Peri were examining some weapons that they found. They are taken to the leader of the miners, General Chellak. He offers them clemency if they will give up the names of their associates but he later has to rescind that offer when Morgus, his boss, finds out that they caught two smugglers.

The real gun smugglers attack and kill several miners. The Doctor and Peri are taken before a firing squad and prepared for execution. Sharaz Jek, the man whom the miners hate most, watches on a screen as the firing squad lines up the Doctor and Peri and then opens fire.

The Six Million Dollar Man 1.01

Population: Zero

A renegade scientist, Doctor Stanley Bacon, demonstrates the potential of an ultrasonic weapon on the extremely small town of Norris, population 23. Steve Austin, who grew up not far from Norris, goes in to investigate despite orders from Oscar Goldman to stay away from Norris. Steve, not knowing what it is that incapacitated the residents of Norris, goes in wearing his space suit.

Doctor Bacon issues an ultimatum to the US Government demanding ten million dollars or else he will use his ultrasonic weapon on a larger town and that there will be no survivors the second time he strikes. Oscar receives the demand for money. He tries to get authorization to pay up but the higher ups won't approve it.

Tokimeki Tonight 1.01

Eto Ranze’s Secret

Fifteen year old Ranze lives with her parents and Rinze, her younger brother, in an old castle. Her mother is a werewolf and her father is a vampire. On her first day at a new school Ranze discovers that she can shapeshift when she gets into a fight with Yoko Kamiya, one of her classmates. They start fighting because they are both interested in Shun, a classmate of theirs. Ranze bites Yoko, knocking Yoko out and unintentionally shapeshifting so that she looks just like Yoko.

Ranze gets home still looking like Yoko. Her parents doubt that she is Ranze but her brother recognizes her. Shiira, Ranze’s mother, shows her that she can change back by sneezing. Ranze’s parents take her down into the basement and show her the door to another world, where her fiancé, whom she didn’t even know existed, lives. Ranze rejects the idea that she is already betrothed, at least in part because she has a crush on Shun.

The Phil Silvers Show 4.06

Bilko Joins the Navy

Bilko, Zimmerman, and Paparelli are in San Diego looking for dates when Bilko hears about a craps game. Only sailors can get in on the game so they exchange their Army uniforms in for Navy uniforms.

Bilko wins big but then the game gets broken up by the shore patrol. Bilko, Zimmerman and Paparelli wind up on the USS Saratoga which takes off on a six month cruise before they can get ashore. Bilko is forced to scramble in order to get them back to the United States before they are found out.

Thoughts

Most of the regulars were not in this episode with the exception of the three characters named above.

This was pretty good. It was a nice change of pace that Bilko's scheming was about something other than making money. It has happened before but it seems to be the exception rather than the rule.

Star Trek 1.09

Dagger of the Mind

The Enterprise is making a delivery to the penal colony on Tantalus V when Doctor Simon van Gelder sneaks aboard in a box that is beamed up from the planet. Doctor van Gelder is very agitated and insists that they not return him to Tantalus V. Kirk and Spock subdue van Gelder and he is taken to sick bay wher he is tied down and sedated.

The Enterprise returns to the penal colony. Captain Kirk and Doctor Helen Noel beam down to meet Doctor Tristan Adams, who runs the penal colony and investigate what might have gone wrong and caused Doctor van Gelder to become so agitated. Mr. Spock and Doctor McCoy remain on the Enterprise and try to learn more from van Gelder who has trouble communicating due to his agitated state.

Nina Ivanovna Yashukova aka Ninotchka (Greta Garbo) an envoy of the Soviet Union, is sent to Paris to help deal with a legal matter that arises when three representatives of her government are trying to sell the confiscated jewels of a Russian noblewoman. Ninotchka meets Count Leon d'Algout (Melvyn Douglas), the representative of the Russian noblewoman who seeks to recover her jewelery, by chance on the street in Paris.

The count and Ninotchka fall in love but her boss back in Russia and the Russian noblewoman that he represents are opposed to the match for different reasons.

Fargo 5.06

The Tender Trap

Roy Tillman confronts Vivian Dugger outside the Tender Trap, a strip bar. He orders him not to sell his bank to Lorraine Lyon. Vivian is too scared of Sheriff Tillman to stand up for himself.

Lars confronts Indira as she is getting ready to leave for work. He wants her to start attending to his needs and be more like the sort of woman he wants her to be. He doesn't hear anything she has to say.

Roy finds out that Seymour, the man his men grabbed from the hospital, isn't Nadine's second husband, after he sees a commercial for Wayne Lyon's KIA dealership on TV. Roy kills Seymour, shoots him in the head, and then tells Gator they've got somewhere to go.

Adventure Time 4.09

Princess Monster Wife

Ice King steals body parts from many of the the princesses to make himself a princess monster wife. Finn and Jake come after him but they are so disgusted by the way Ice King's wife looks that they faint.

Thoughts

Jake and Finn are in this episode but it felt like Ice King's episode.

This was very weird and kind of gross. It was also also kind of sad but pretty creative.

Steven Universe 1.06

Cat Fingers

Steven is impressed by Amethyst's ability to shapeshift and gets her to teach him how to do it. He changes one of his fingers into a cat. He then changes the rest of his fingers into cats. Steven panics but while attempting to set things right he changes more of his body into cats. Ultimately, with some help from his father he gets the feline portions of his body to revert back to normal.

Thoughts

This episode was kind of cool, kind of funny, and a little bit horrific.

He brother has become successful in the real estate racket and is getting ready to move their mother (Ida Lupino) into a mobile home.

Wonder Woman 1.06

Wonder Woman vs. Gargantua

Sep 1942, Nazi agents are sent to the United States to recover Conrad Steigler, a German doctor who was in the process of defecting. The Nazi agents (Hans Eichler, Erica Belgard, Carl) use Gargantua, a gorilla that Erica has trained to follow her commands, to help them kidnap Steigler and set a trap for Wonder Woman.

The Nazis agents capture Steigler but Wonder Woman convinces the gorilla that she is its friend. The Nazi agent escape with Steigler. Wonder Woman turns the gorilla over to Dr. Osmond who helps to undue what Erica did to it.

Erica and Hans come looking for Gargantua. They find it in Dr. Osmond's laboratory. They program it once again to follow their commands and use it once again to set a trap for Wonder Woman. She defeats the Nazi agents but this time they do not escape. The episode ends with Wonder Woman returning the creature to Africa.

Solos 1.02

Peg

Peg, a 71-year-old woman, reflects back on her life as she rides alone in a spaceship, away from Earth. Her only companion on the trip is TYM, the ship's speaking computer. Peg does most of the talking. She recalls her parents, who died when she was fairly young; a boy she had a crush on and kissed once; and how she came to be on (what seems like) a one way trip away from Earth.

Spy x Family 1.05

Will They Pass or Fail

Anya gets wait-listed for Eden College but she is at the top of the wait-list and the next day they get word that she got in. Anya wants a reward for getting in and Franky helps nudge Loid into giving her what she wants: to be rescued like a princess from a castle by her father while he is disguised as one of her favorite TV characters.

Thoughts

Yor gets drunk early in this episode and stays that way for most of it. At one point she attacks Loid in the name of keeping Loid from rescuing Anya but then she falls down and passes out.

I think I am losing interest in this show. I'm not sure if I want to stick with it. I've had a taste of it and although the first bite was delicious I'm starting to see that it is doesn't measure up to what I hoped it would be. I'm kind of disappointed that Yor hasn't been developed more as a character.

I think it is time to move on and give something else a try.

Back to Back, a Fight to the Death

Ichigo and Uryū argue while they fight Hollows. A giant Hollow appears, a Menos Grande. Uryū is too stunned to do anything but Ichigo attacks it. He drives it back to where it came from. Ichigo falls down, his sword or Zanpakutō, is glowing with energy which Ichigo doesn't know how to control. Uryū helps Ichigo to release that energy by absorbing it and shooting it off into the sky.

Thoughts

There are other characters in this episode but it is mostly Ichigo and Uryū versus Hollows. There are no new characters introduced, unless you count the Menos Grande.

He ignores repeated requests from a guy he knew in high school to reconnect. His mother dies. More stuff happens.

Star Trek (1966) 1.08

Miri

The Enterprise finds a planet that looks identical to Earth. Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock, Dr. McCoy, Yeoman Rand, and two security guards beam down to investigate. The planet looks decimated. The only people left alive are children. Kirk and the others discover that the adults all died off 300 years ago after a method to prolong life was discovered. The catch is that it prolongs life only until you start to become an adult.

Kirk and the others (except Mr. Spock) start to experience symptoms of the life prolonging discovery which killed off the adults. The children are aging at an extremely reduced pace. 

Kirk and the others are running out of time as they race to find a cure.

Adventure Time 4.08

Hug Wolf

Finn gets hugged by a hug wolf and becomes one himself. Jake gets the candy people to lock up Finn and then he leads them on a quest to find the hug wolf who turned Finn.

Thoughts

A hug wolf is something like a werewolf. 

This was a lot of fun and very silly. 

Steven Universe 1.05

Frybo

Pearl misplaces the shard of a gem that brings clothes to life. She tries to warn Steven about the shard but he doesn't listen. He finds the shard and uses it to animate Frybo, a mascot uniforms for a shop that sells French fries. Frybo gets out of control and Steven has to stop it when Pearl is unable to get the job done.

Thoughts

Garnet and Amethyst are not in this episode.

This was decent and fun and kind of weird (bordering on horrific) but not great.

Fargo 5.05

The Tiger

Lorraine decides to have Dorothy committed, for legal reasons. Roy visits Lorraine in the hopes of getting Nadine back. Lorraine is unwilling to play ball. She offers to pay him for his trouble if he will sign some documents and never come back again. Roy is unwilling to play ball.

Dot doesn't waste any time. She escapes from the hospital room they put her in. She takes a nurse's clothing and ID badge. She encounters some difficulty getting out of the hospital.

Roy sends three of his men with Gator to execute Plan B, kidnap Wayne. Dot overhears who they are looking for while she is trying to escape and tricks them into kidnapping the wrong guy.

Inuyasha 1.20

Despicable Villain: The Mystery of Onigumo!

Inuyasha and Miroku turn to Kaede for guidance in finding Naraku. Inuyasha is still hurting from his fight with Sesshomaru but he insists that is he well enough to deal with Naraku.

Kaede takes them to a cave where Onigumo, a badly injured man used to live. Kikyo used to bring him food. Onigumo disappeared after Inuyasha was bound to the tree and Kikyo was killed.

Kagome returns to school in the modern era. She can't stop thinking about Inuyasha and the hug he gave her. Her friends push her into accepting a date with one of their classmates.

She takes the test but while awaiting her results she is kidnapped and returned to her home village. She is forced into an arranged marriage.

The women in her husband's village tell her that they all came there in tears but that they learned to accept. Sezim rebels more than once. Her husband tries to convince her that they will have a good life together. The movie ends with her on the run, after she finds his keys and takes off in his car.

Solos 1.01

Tom

Tom meets a copy of himself that he ordered and for which he paid $30K. Tom knows that he is going to die soon and he doesn't want his wife and two children to be without him. The copy looks and talks exactly like Tom.

Tom gets angry and rejects the copy. He calls the company that provided his copy with the intention of returning him but then he changes his mind. He starts to talk to his copy and slowly he starts to calm down and bond with new Tom.

Moonlighting 2.18

Camille

David and Maddie hire Camille Brand, a woman on the run from a man pretending to be a police officer. They don't know about her fugitive status, just that she saved the life of a politician and is about to be given the key to the city. David figures that she will be an excellent hire but Maddie has her doubts.

Camille rejects David's sales pitch when he first makes it. When the phony police officer shows up and tries to shake her down she reconsiders. She shows up at the office of the Blue Moon Detective Agency and finds herself greeted enthusiastically by the staff of the office.

David gives up his office for Camille. The phony cop eventually tracks her down. There is a chase. The fourth wall is broken. The episode ends with Maddie and David saying goodbye to one another until they meet again next season.

The Phil Silvers Show 4.05

Bilko vs. Covington

Master Sergeant Covington moves in on Bilko's territory at Camp Fremont and starts taking Bilko's men for all the money they've got. Bilko comes up with a scheme to trick Covington into requesting a transfer to Japan. It almost works but at the last minute Covington figures out what's going on and doesn't go through with the transfer request.

Covington executes a similar scheme to get Bilko to request a transfer to Japan. Bilko almost falls for it but he gets wise to it before its too late.

Both Master Sergeants are so riled at one another that they miss out on a real opportunity in Japan that MSgt Grover ends up accepting.

Star Trek (1966) 1.07

What Are Little Girls Made Of?

Captain Kirk and Nurse Chapel beam down to Exo-III to meet Doctor Roger Korby, her long lost fiancé. Captain Kirk calls the Enterprise and asks them to send down two security guards when he senses that something is amiss. It isn't long before both security guards are dead and Captain Kirk and Nurse Chapel find themselves in danger.

Doctor Korby with some help from Rok, an android he found on Exo-III, built a couple androids to help him. One of the androids is a replica of Korby's former assistant, Doctor Brown, the other is a scantily clad female presenting android named Andrea.

Adventure Time 4.06

Daddy's Little Monster

Finn and Jake watch the videos on Jake's phone from the night before. They learn about how they wound up in the Nightosphere and what's the deal with the bananas.

Finn decides that they must return to the Nightosphere to rescue Marceline from her father. Marceline gets transformed into a monster. Finn and Jake save her with the power of political rap.

Thoughts

This was weird, very weird, but that's more or less par for the course with this show. I enjoyed this episode very much.

Steven Universe 1.04

Together Breakfast

Steven makes breakfast (toaster waffles, chocolate sauce, popcorn, strawberries) for himself and his friends (Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl). They stop by but they don't have time to eat with Steven. They disappear into the Temple. Steven can't get his gen to unlock the door but he forces his way in behind Pearl.

Eventually he gets his three friends together but before they can eat they have to fight a dark entity that takes control of the breakfast that Steven whipped up.

Thoughts

Still fun. There is still nothing terribly profound about this show but I'm going to stick with it for now.

Fargo 5.04

Insolubilia

Gator and his three assistants break in to the Lyon household. Dot is ready for them but not as effective as she hoped she would be. Wayne gets zapped by one of Dot's traps. The house catches fire but Gator and his helpers leave empty handed.

Roy comes home late at night and finds a symbol painted on the wall of his daughters' room.

Dot and Scotty talk in the waiting room at the emergency room. Trooper Witt and Officer Olmstead review the footage from the gas station. They drop that and head to the hospital when they hear about the fire at the Lyon household and that Wayne is in the ER.

Spy x Family 1.04

The Prestigious School's Interview

Loid, Yor, and Anya go to Eden College for the interview. Henry Henderson, the headmaster and also one of the interviewers, suspects that the Forgers are too low class for Eden College. Loid and Yor impress him on multiple occasions. He sees them as being very elegant, which scores a lot of points with him.

Murdoch, one of the other interviewers whose father used to run Eden College, gives the Forgers a hard time. Anya is pushed to tears which causes Loid to lose his temper. The Forgers wind up leaving unsure if Anya had been accepted or not but fairly sure that she had not.

Doctor Who (1963) 12.03.02

The Sontaran Experiment - Part Two

Styre the Sontaran introduces himself to Sarah. Roth loses it and tries to run away but Styre kills him with a blast from his pistol. The Sontaran ties up Sarah and conducts an experiment on her to learn more about her resistance to hallucinations of snakes and other threats to her life.

Harry finds Sarah but he is blocked from helping her by a force field that surrounds her. Styre returns and is makes notes on his experiment on Sarah. Harry is ready whack him when the Doctor shows up and prevents him from doing that.

Vurul and the other men in space suits are captured and experimented on by Styre. Vurul tries to point out that he helped Styre but the Sontaran gives nothing in return for the traitorous deeds of the group's leader. Vurul wins no points with his mates by coming out and admitting what he did.

The Doctor shows up and challenges Styre to a fight. The Doctor fights with a staff, Styre with a machete. Styre tires and returns to his space ship to recharge. Harry following the Doctor's orders, has sabotaged the Sontaran's space ship. Styre is killed by the device intended to help him.

Neon Genesis Evangelion 1.26

The Beast that Shouted 'I' at the Heart of the World

Shinji imagines all sorts of things. He wonders about all sorts of things. He imagines another version of his life. He finally seems to learn to be comfortable with himself.

This episode is like the previous one in that there are a lot of quick images flashing across the screen. This is the end of the original series. There have been more than a few movies that retold or revised the original series. I think I've had enough. I think that there are plenty of other less confusing series for me to watch.

I don't care how many people enjoyed this series or rate it highly. There is something to the way it is put together that I like but it is just too much for me. I don't feel like spending any more time on it than I already have.

Sol Nazerman (Rod Steiger), a survivor of the Holocaust who lost his wife and two children during World War 2, stumbles through life. He runs a pawn shop in East Harlem but is unable to make ends meet, leaving him indebted to Rodriguez (Brock Peters), the local mob boss. Jesus Ortiz (Jaime Sánchez), who works for Nazerman, tries to form a bond with his boss. Sol teaches him some of what he has learned but Sol has no interest in bonding with anyone. This includes Marilyn Birchfield (Geraldine Fitzgerald), a social worker who shows an interest in Sol that he is unable to reciprocate in any way. 

Bleach 1.13

Flower and Hollow

Orihime, Tatsuki, and Chizuru get attacked by a Hollow. It attacks a number of their friends first and turns them into its brainless servants. Their classmates attack them. Tatsuki keeps them at bay until the Hollow attacks her and turns her into a zombie-like servant just like the others.

The Hollow turns on Orihime and is about to attack her when something from within her comes alive. It is six creatures know as the Six Princess Shielding Flowers. They quickly introduce themselves and then instruct her as to how they can help protect her, help her to heal Tatsuki, and deal with the Hollow. Once the fight is over the six disappear and return to her hair pins from which they emerged.

Inuyasha 1.19

Go Home to Your Own Time, Kagome!

The fight with Sesshomaru continues. Kagome exposes the fact that Sesshomaru's left arm is a human arm that is powered by a shard of the Shikon Jewal. Inuyasha and his half-brother continue to fight while Kagome tends to Miroku's injuries with some help from Shippo.

Inuyasha gets badly wounded but he breaks off the hand on Sesshomaru's left arm. Sesshomaru is unable to wield Tetsusaiga without the human hand because unlike Inuyasha he is not half human. Sesshomaru and Jaken leave once Sesshomaru sees that the tide has turned.

Inuyasha thanks Kagome which shocks her because it is the first time he has done that but then he pushes her down the well and back to her own time. He hugs her before doing so and takes the shards of the Shikon Jewel from her. She is ready to jump back through the well but without a portion of the Shikon Jewel she in unable to use the well as a portal.

Moonlighting 2.17

Funeral for a Door Nail

Roger Clements is distraught after Celia, his wife is killed in a car accident. Roger hires someone to kill him but he asks for a few days to clear up some matters before the hired killer fulfills the contract. Roger goes to get his will straightened out but while he is waiting to see Alan Margolese, his lawyer, he spots Celia down on the street. He runs outside but she is gone by the time he gets to where he last saw her.

Clements contacts Blue Moon Detective Agency. He asks them to get the hired hit called off. They do but it turns out to be too late. There was a bomb planted in his car. When he goes to leave his car explodes.

Steve Jackson (Sidney Poitier) and Wardell Franklin (Bill Cosby) are held up at gun point at Madame Zenobia's, an after hours club, along with the rest of the patrons. The next day Steve discovers that the lottery ticket that he bought earlier than week and had in his wallet is worth $50,000.

Steve and Wardell look for the masked men who held up the after hours joint. Their search leads them to cross paths with a few crime bosses including Little Seymour, Geechie Dan Beauford (Harry Belafonte), and Silky Slim (Calvin Lockhart).

The Bonding

Lieutenant Maria Aster, is killed during an away mission led by Worf. Lieutenant Aster was a widow and now her nine-year-son Jeremy (who lives aboard the Enterprise) and is an orphan. Worf feels responsible for what happened even though it was not his fault. Lieutenant Aster was killed by an explosive on a world that had long since been devoid of intelligent life. The explosive was not detected by any scans that the away team conducted.

Counselor Troi talks to Worf about what and how he is feeling. He expresses a desire to help Jeremy by sharing a Klingon ritual with the young boy. Troi expresses doubts about conducting such a ceremony.

Barnaby Fulton (Cary Grant) believes that he has come up with a formula that makes people more youthful. He tries it on himself and starts acting much younger. He eventually recovers but doesn't realize that it is actually the water cooler in his office that caused him act younger. The water was spiked by a monkey that escaped from it's cage temporarily and was messing with chemicals. Mr. Oxly (Charles Coburn), Barnaby's boss is very excited to hear about the discovery.

Edwina Fulton (Ginger Rogers), Barnaby's wife, isn't as excited especially when she notes the lipstick on his face that came from Lois Laurel (Marilyn Monroe), Mr. Oxly's secretary. Edwina insists on trying the formula herself. She has a similar experience to Barnaby.

The hijinks continue after Barnaby and Edwina unknowingly each take another dose (after she has recovered from the first dose) via drinks from the water cooler.

Mudd's Women

The Enterprise rescues Harcourt Fenton Mudd (aka Harry Mudd) and his three passengers (Eve, Ruth, Magda) from their ship just before it is destroyed in an asteroid field. The Enterprise is damaged in the process of the rescue effort and has to make for Rigel 12 where they can obtain replacements for the damaged Lithium Crystals.

Several male members of the crew (most notably Doctor McCoy and Mister Scott) fawn over Mudd's three passengers who are dressed in slinky, colorful dresses.

Harry radios ahead to the three miners on Rigel 12 and cuts a deal with them, without telling Captain Kirk. Mudd fails to tell the miners or the crew of the Enterprise that the women need the Venus drug to keep them looking beautiful. He has them hooked on it.

Adventure Time 4.05

Return to the Nightosphere

Finn and Jake wake up in the Nightosphere in a jail cell filled with bananas. They have no recollection as to how they got there. They learn from a video on Jake's phone that they stepped through a portal the night before but then Jake's phone runs out of juice.

Finn and Jake spend the rest of the episode looking for Hunson Abadeer, Marceline's father. They find him and fight with him. The fight ends with them discovering that he is Marceline in disguise.

Thoughts

It looks like Jake and Finn return to the Nightosphere in the next episode.

This was fun, gross, and weird. I liked it. 

Steven Universe 1.03

Cheeseburger Backpack

Steven travels to the Sea Spire with Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl. The spire is coming apart and they have to return a statue to the pinnacle of the spire. They encounter a number of obstacles. Steven loads up his cheeseburger backpack with items which prove to be very useful in dealing with some of the obstacles they encounter.

Thoughts

This was a fun episode. I'm still getting used to this show.
