Episode 10

Dong-ha goes home, after witnessing the brutal murder of Kang-jun. The police are all over his place digging up the backyard. They don't find anything. Joo-hyun swears that she will get him for this no matter where he moved the bodies. Dong-ha finds out, after the police have all left, that Deuk-soo moved the bodies to the yard next door.

Joo-hyun gets a picture sent to her the next day. It is of the yard next door. She finds the spot where the bodies were moved and digs up enough of Han-cheol's body to identify him. Lieutenant Moon stops by the house while she is out. Yun-seok is the only one there. She kills him unaware that he had the audio recorder on his iPhone on before going out to greet her.

Joo-hyun goes finds some of the men who are currently on suspension but used to work for her. She gives them some evidence and then heads to the police department. She shoots and kills Lieutenant Moon. She is tackled by other police officers and is immediately arrested.

Kwang-chul finds the warehouse where the messenger tried to kill him. There is one man there. They fight and Kwang-chul beats him up until he gets the information he needs. He ties the man up and then uses the man's phone to take a picture of him and sends it to the messenger. The messenger comes to the warehouse. Kwang-chul attacks him. The two men fight. Kwang-chul kills him and burns the warehouse down.

Dong-ha goes to the hospital to spend some time with his family. He goes home afterwards and watches a video from a family celebration years before. He decides he needs to report something to the police. He gets as far as standing across from the police station before changing his mind. He is still standing there when his phone rings. It is a voice he doesn't recognize. The man on the other end of the line tells him to do exactly as he says because his family's life depends on it.

Thoughts

They never really answered the question about Eun-joo's relationship with Han-cheol. He tried to call her as he was dying. It seems to be implied that she had an affair with him and that Dong-ha found out but he never confronted her about it and she never told Dong-ha about it.

Eun-joo really seems to fade in this story as it progressed. She's still there at the end but, after she returns from the trip to Busan, she didn't really seem to play a significant role. The only one of the four main characters who goes down for what they did is Joo-hyun. 

That's it for this show. The ending is open-ended but I don't think that there is going to be another season. I enjoyed this show. I liked it but I didn't love it. I don't regret watching it but I wish that there had been a little more substance to it.
