14 Days Before Rukia's Execution
Yoruichi takes Ichigo, Orihime, Uryū, and Chad to see a friend, Kūkaku Shiba. They are stunned by the look of Kūkaku's home and the fact that she is a woman. They are surprised a third time when they learn that Ganju Shiba is her brother. Ichigo and Ganju start fighting as soon as they see one another.
Rukia gets transferred to a new cell. Her execution has been moved up. She will stay in the new cell until it is time for said execution. Renji escorts her to the new cell. He whispers to her that a Shinnigami with orange hair and a sword as long as he is tall was seen nearby recently.
The episode ends with Kūkaku giving Ichigo and his friends a glimpse at how she plans to get them into the Seireitei.
Rukia is back, but for how long? How will they save her from execution? My memory is very spotty on details as to how the next 40 episodes go.
Good episode which has some fighting but seems to be longer on plot and characters than it is on fighting. I don't recall how long it will take to get Ichigo and his friends into the Seireitei.
