Where I Really Come From

Omni-Man explains to Invincible that he was really sent to Earth to prepare it for subjugation by the Viltrumite Empire. Invincible can't accept this and fights back. Omni-Man beats him to a pulp and kills hundreds, possibly thousands, of people in the process. Omni-Man almost kills his son but in the end he flies off into space after reflecting on a memory from when his son was about 10 years younger.

The Guardians of the Globe, during the big fight, want to help but they know that they are no match for Omni-Man. They settle for saving people where they can instead.

The Mauler Twins wind up back in prison.

Invincible 1.07

We Need to Talk

Mark, Amber, and Will return from UU. Amber doesn't want to have anything to do with Mark. He reveals he is Invincible to her but that doesn't phase her. She already knew.

Nolan and Debbie have a talk. He asks her to trust him but its too late for that. She's had enough.

Robot concludes his business with the Mauler Twins. They have grown him a new body. He's not really a robot but a deformed human. They tranfer his memories into the new body.

Cecil has Nolan under surveillance. Nolan kills everyone that is watching him, including Donald, Cecil's right hand man. Omni-Man goes looking for Mark. Cecil hits Omni-Man with some of his biggest weapons. He tries asking him why he killed the Guardians but Omni-Man just does his best to deal with the stuff that Cecil throws at him.

Invincible 1.06

You Look Kinda Dead

Mark and the others are rushed to the hospital. Mark eventually recovers. He wants another chance with Amber. She gives it to him. They go with William, Mark's friend, to visit Rick, a guy on whom William has a crush. It is supposed to be a nice relaxing trip. It is not.

Eve decides she's had enough of her parents. She takes off on her own to do good, something other than fighting alien invasions and supervillains.

Nolan starts to suspect that Debbie knows more than she is letting on. He spies on her and finds her talking to Art Rosenbaum, the tailor. She has the bloody uniform. Art analyzes it. The evidence seems to indicate that Nolan killed the Global Guardians.

Invincible 1.05

That Actually Hurt

Amber tires of Mark's attendance record. He keeps missing dates. He hasn't told her that he's Invincible. Eve does what she can to convince Amber to not give up on Mark.

Titan does what he needs to do to pay off his debt to Machine Head. Titan subsequently finds out that Machine Head finds him to be far too valuable to let go. Titan turns to Invincible for help.

Robot has a chat with the Mauler Twins. He needs their help.

Mark trains with his father. He wants to help Titan but Nolan disapproves of that course of action. Mark decides to help Titan but Machine Head has help. The fight with Machine Head proves to be a little more bloody than expected.

Neil Armstrong, Eat Your Heart Out

Darkblood continues to investigate Omni-Man. Nolan pays Darkblood a visit. He tries to warn him off. Darkblood tells him that Debbie suspects that something isn't right. 

Mark goes on a date with Amber. It goes well. 

The new Guardians of the Globe move into the headquarters of the old, murdered team. Robot continues to act suspiciously. He takes a blood sample from Rex Splode without telling him.

The surviving Mauler Twin sets up a new headquarters. He starts working on a new clone of himself.

Who You Calling Ugly?

The funeral for the Global Guardians happens. Cecil asks Robot to form a new team to replace the Global Guarbians. He takes the task seriously but some interpersonal drama between Rex Splode and Atom Eve causes problems. Eve walks in on Rex and Dupli Kate in the shower. Eve is selected for the new team, as are Rex Splode and Dupli Kate but Eve refuses to be on a team with them.

Here Goes Nothing

The GSA shows up and tries to bring the Guardians of the Globe back to life, without any success. Omni-Man is in a coma and bad shape but still alive. They take him to a hospital in the Pentagon.

Mark's mother stays with her husband at the Pentagon. He responds to an alien invasion. He gets some help from another superhero team, the Teen Team. The combined might of Invincible, Atom Eve, Rex Splode, Robot, and Dupli-Kate doesn't look like it will be enough to stop the aliens but then suddenly the aliens start getting weak and quickly leave through interdimensional portals.

It's About Time

The episode opens with the Guardians of the Globe, a team of superheroes converging on the White House to prevent the Maulers from assassinating the President of the United States. The team of heroes are joined by Omni-Man another superhero. Together they prevent the Maulers from achieving their goal.
